Freediving is the sport of Apnea, diving with just one breath of air. I am one of the world’s leading freediving instructors and the author of the stunning book 'One Breath, a reflection on Freediving'. I have taught thousands of people worldwide to freedive, including Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Terence Stamp. I have appeared on the BBC and Channel 4, given presentations at the Royal Society and the Emirates Palace in Dubai, body doubled for a commercial and have also competed.
