| Freediving
is an amazing sport that gives you the opportunity to learn
how to swim underwater whilst breath holding safely. Whilst
it may appear that there is little to 'learn',
all students without exception are amazed at the science
behind it and glad that they learnt more. I teach students
who are complete beginners, through to those who want to
be instructors themselves.
My students range from children
through to people in their 70s, from those who have never
ventured deeper than their local swimming pool to scuba
divers, spear fishers and advanced freedivers. I teach deep
tank courses at the stunning SETT tank, open water courses
in the idyllic setting of Vobster
Quay in Somerset, and also abroad. I have also co-authored
the DeeperBlue.net Freediving Manual, written AIDA International
courses and all extra material for every course I teach.
On every course you are guaranteed the highest standards
of tuition with the most complete and comprehensive freediving
package available anywhere in the world.
Have a read about some of
the courses to find the one that will suit you. Dates coming

Reflexology
and Diving Course
3 hours
Have you ever been interested in helping sinus congestion
without using decongestant drugs? Reflexology is an ancient
healing system that uses points on the feet, hands and head
to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms and
promote the removal of toxins and tension from the body.
As a fully qualified reflexologist, I teach an evening course
aimed at freedivers and scuba divers. With diagrams and
charts which you can take away with you, you will learn
how to find and activate the points on your feet which can
help clear your head! The course is hands on so you will
both give and receive reflexology. As well as this, you
will also learn head massage designed to help clear the
sinuses. The course is suitable for all. Please contact
me for more information.
