The
courses I have organised and taught on have been written
up in major newspapers and magazines such as The Observer,
The Daily Telegraph, The Evening Standard, Men's fitness,
Health and Fitness, and Diver to name but a few.
In May 2003 I was also
a body double in a face cream commercial that you may have
seen. I spent four days in Cyprus filming with the face
model Adnana. You can read about my experiences here.
It was bitterly cold and
very odd to be the other side of the camera. However the
